COVID-19 CRISIS UPDATE - DELIVERIES ARE SUBJECT TO DELAY

Like many retailers, we’re currently experiencing an unprecedented high demand and a staff shortage as a result of the COVID-19 crisis.

There may be a delay in processing your order and the Royal Mail delivery service we use may be disrupted so please be patient.

Please do not phone or send unnecessary emails querying when your order will arrive, as this only increases our workload. You’ll receive an email when your order has been completed (despatched) and an email from Royal Mail once your order has a delivery date.

Please note that Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 are not guaranteed timescales, they are an aim so deliveries may take longer and that on 31st March 2020 Royal Mail changed their Special Delivery to guaranteed by 9pm the next working day after despatch due to the current crisis.
