Delivery Times and Postage Rates
We aim to despatch your order within 2-3 business days. We don’t process orders on weekends or public holidays so please bear this in mind when placing your order.
If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we’ll contact you via email or telephone.
We’re able to offer you FREE DELIVERY on all orders over £100. Please ensure that you select ‘Free Delivery’ at the checkout to take advantage of this offer.
Please note: Unfortunately we’ve had to increase the minimum spend from £50 to £100 for our free delivery offer due to recent rising costs of running our business.
If your order’s under £100, the postage charged will depend on whether you opt for standard first class or recorded first class (signed for) post. The current rates are:

Please note: When ordering via our website, we’re unable to offer a range of delivery options and rates and are only able to offer flat postage rates of first class and signed for first class. Please bear this in mind if your order only contains one product which is small in size and value, for example rolling papers or roller blinds for cigarette rolling machines as our minimum first class postage rate may be greater than the cost of the postage used. In these instances we’d advise that you place a phone order as we’ll be able to charge you the appropriate postage for your order, unless you’re happy to pay the flat rate postage.
