Dovo of Solingen Shavette Razor 
The Dovo Shavette is a straight-style razor with interchangeable blades, removing the need for the stropping and sharpening required to maintain a classic straight razor.

Shavettes are extremely popular with professional barbers, as every customer receives a fresh blade, making them both hygienic and convenient.

The blade holder is made from high-quality, silver anodised aluminium, giving the razor an elegant appearance and corrosion-resistant properties.

The handle is made from Polyamide, a thermoplastic material characterised by outstanding strength and chemical resistance. Its light weight, makes it the perfect material for a shavette.

Choose from black and steel, black and blue or satin finish steel.

How to prepare your shavette:

• Pull the blade holder out of the shavette
• Keeping the blade inside the paper wrapper, carefully snap the blade in half and insert one half into the blade holder
• Re-attach the blade holder onto the handle
• You’re ready to shave!

CAUTION: Straight razors like this one are serious tools that should only be used by very experienced users and can cause serious injury in the wrong hands!

TIP: Washing off the blade holder and handle with a dry cloth will help maintain your razor for years.  Occasionally, you can add a drop of oil to the swivel joint to keep the opening mechanism as smooth as it was when new.
