Highlander Meerschaum Pipe – Large
This beautiful meerschaum pipe was hand-carved in Turkey by master craftspeople and features a classic Scottish highlander complete with feathered cap and magnificent beard!

The pipe is fitted with a unique, hand-turned, lucite stem in a marbled amber colour and has an extra deep bowl for this who like to pack ‘em high.

Found only in Turkey and some parts of Northern Africa, meerschaum is a highly sought after material in pipe production, famed for its porous qualities which result in a flavoursome, cool, dry smoke – we find ‘wet smokers’ get on particularly well with meerschaum pipes.

Meerschaum is also extremely easy to work with when wet, making it a top choice for artists to show off their carving skills and create unique works of art like this one.

Presented in a velvet-lined hard case.

PLEASE NOTE: Meerschaum can be fragile, especially when warm so take care not to bang the bowl or take the pipe apart for cleaning until fully cooled down and use the case when not in use to keep it safe from harm!
